What is a Coach? A coach is an objective, nonjudgmental professional who gives you encouragement, support, advice, and helps you develop strategies to help you be your very best. For overall health and wellness, increased energy and vitality, weight loss, or for personal effectiveness, a coach can guide, teach, and support you in achieving things in your life that you most want. A coach can help you to enhance your self image, mental and physical health, and life. What Does a Coach do? A coach works with you to identify your goals and challenges. Coaches listen intently, and ask powerful questions to help guide, prioritize actions, and assist you in developing strategies for achieving your goals. Coaches provide motivation, support, feedback, and help you stay focused on attaining what you want. What Coaches Don?t Do: Coaches do not set goals for you, nor tell you what to do, or how to do it. We believe that you hold your own answers. We listen to you and provide guidance, support, and direction. Together with your coach, you will choose where you want to focus your energy, what you want to work on, and how you will go through the process. Your coach may suggest assignments or exercises to help you attain your goals, but the choice is ultimately yours. Through the coaching experience, your coach will serve as your motivator and resource as you discover more about who you are, what you want, and how you can achieve it. Who do Coaches Work With?
