We can also work to set up a customized package. Telephonic Coaching One-on-one telephonic coaching to guide you in developing and implementing healthful practices. Goal-setting, identifying success strategies, and developing action steps and follow through are examples of areas that are covered during the course of our work together. In-Home Personal Training I travel to my clients' homes in the Des Moines area with an assortment of fitness equipment, and we work together to design an effective workout designed to meet your needs and goals. One-on-one or small group-based training sessions are available. Each session is an individually tailored, comprehensive approach, incorporating cardio, strength training, stretching and relaxation. To provide a variety of training options, I also offer training out of my home-based fitness center, or we can take our workout outdoors.
